Founded by Alexis Jefferson, Etiquette Beyond The Table is more than a manners class it's a movement to equip middle and high school students with the life skills they need to succeed in today's world.

With over 7 years of experience working with youth, Alexis saw firsthand that the missing link wasn’t just academic knowledge it was social confidence. From the classroom to the dinner table, the job interview to the first date, today’s young people need to know how to show up, speak up, and stand out.
