Etiquette Beyond The Table is an initiative under Equipped To Impact Solutions LLC, committed to delivering meaningful, transformative experiences for youth and families. To ensure clarity and professionalism, please review the following policies that apply to all services and sessions.

 

1. Consultation Policy

We are pleased to offer one complimentary consultation for individuals or organizations interested in our services. Consultations must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-call/no-show consultations will forfeit the free offer.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or session, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

  • No-shows may forfeit the session without refund.

 

3. Late Arrival Policy

Punctuality ensures the best experience for all clients.

  • Sessions will begin and end as scheduled.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may need to reschedule.

 

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise noted in a service agreement.

  • We accept electronic payments and credit/debit cards.

  • Refunds are not issued for missed or partially attended sessions. Rescheduling is permitted in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

  • For group bookings or school contracts, a signed agreement will outline payment terms.

 

5. Service Agreement

All clients working with Etiquette Beyond The Table must have a signed agreement on file prior to service delivery. This agreement outlines service scope, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure mutual clarity.

 

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information collected from clients (including forms, registrations, or consultations) is kept confidential and used solely for service-related communication and delivery. We never sell or share your data.

 

7. Youth Behavior Policy

We create safe, respectful, and inclusive environments for youth. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during a session may result in dismissal from the program without refund. We encourage parental and organizational support in reinforcing respectful conduct.

 

8. Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during select events or sessions for educational or promotional use. A media release form will be provided. Participation in media is optional—clients may opt out in writing.

 

9. Communication Policy

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours.
Our business hours are:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
Messages sent after hours or on weekends will be addressed on the next business day.

 

10. Travel & On-Site Delivery

For events requiring travel, a travel fee may be applied based on distance from our base location. This will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
